Stöke Session: Stoking the Trail (pumping the precursor to jumping)

Ready to up your stoke on the trail? Come learn proper pumping techniques that will help you level up your fun and, eventually, fly!

Pumping is an often-overlooked MTB skill that allows you to maximize your momentum using the trail's topography. It's also a critical component of learning how to safely hit jumps!

During this session, you'll learn how to make the most of any trail you ride with proper pumping techniques. We'll break down the pumping skills you need in the grass and then head to the skills park to see how they apply to jumping. Then, we'll finish the session by stoking the trail—hoots and hollers encouraged! Through it all, you'll get instruction and feedback from two BICP Level 2 certified instructors.

Stöke Sessions are for riders who have previously had formal skills instruction—i.e., you've completed our MTB Skills 101 or an equivalent skills course.

Space is limited to 8 riders—register today!
