Mountain biker riding over rock

Hone your skills in a Stöke Session

Learn the skill du jour alongside other Stöke-minded riders, and then hit the trail for some sessioning fun!

Feeling frustrated with a certain skinny? Tired of losing speed through a berm? Do rock gardens raise your blood pressure? Come join our next Stöke Session!

Stöke Sessions are typically held every other Monday evening at the Lebanon Hills MTB Trailhead in Eagan or Carver Lake Park in Woodbury. During each session, we’ll focus on a particular set of skills or type of trail feature and learn key techniques in the grass or skills park. Then, we’ll take it to the trail for some sessioning fun.

Who should come to Stöke Session? Unless noted otherwise, Stöke Sessions are for riders who have previously had formal skills instruction. If you’re not sure if a Stöke Session is right for you, email us at We’re happy to answer any questions you have.

Each Stöke Session is $70/rider and limited to 5 or 6 riders, depending on the trail (2 coaches). Register today to secure your spot!

Join our Stöke Sessions at Bauhaus Brew Labs!

Does mountain biking at a brewery sound like fun to you? If so, these special Stöke Sessions are for you! You’ll have the opportunity to dial in skills on pavement, so you can confidently apply them to your favorite singletrack. Following the session, we gather on Bauhaus’ patio for mountain biking Q&A and to share the stoke over a refreshing beverage. For a full listing of events at Bauhaus, check out Upcoming Events page.

Each Bauhaus-based Stöke Session is $50/rider and includes a tasty Bauhaus beverage (N/A and GF options available).
